Sales Dates
The first 90% of tickets will be sold to Bondholders, Away Scheme Members and Season Tixket Holders with Loyalty Points at the following dates and times. Once the first 90% have sold, the remaining 10% (260 tickets) will be made available by a ballot process to Season Ticket Holders who have yet to purchase for this fixture. Important Information
Tickets will be issued in NFC digital format for this fixture and will be distributed by email from the West Ham United ticket office in the week of the fixture.
Concession Tickets
Burnley operate strict age checks for all concession tickets. If a supporter fails to produce the relevant proof of concession status, they will be required to purchase a new ticket for the game. No refund will be given for the concession ticket. There will be no ticket upgrades on the day of the game.

- Burnley Football Club has a licensed safe standing area - standing will only be permitted in the areas highlighted as 'Safe Standing'. - Supporters aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
