Sales Dates
The first 90% of tickets sold out to Bondholders, Away Scheme Members and Season Ticket Holders with 28+ Loyalty Points. The remaining 10% (260 tickets) were then made available by a ballot process to Season Ticket Holders who had yet to purchase for this fixture. The ballot closed at 12pm on Tuesday 20 January.
Important Information
Tickets will be issued in NFC digital format for this fixture and will be distributed by email from the West Ham United ticket office in the week of the fixture.
Concession Tickets
Burnley operate strict age checks for all concession tickets. If a supporter fails to produce the relevant proof of concession status, they will be required to purchase a new ticket for the game. No refund will be given for the concession ticket. There will be no ticket upgrades on the day of the game.
Additional Information for all supporters
- Burnley Football Club has a licensed safe standing area - standing will only be permitted in the areas highlighted as 'Safe Standing'. - Supporters aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
Away Scheme
The Away Scheme automated payment process was not in operation for this fixture. All Away Scheme Members had the opportunity to purchase using the Interactive Seat Plan at eticketing.co.uk/whufc during their allocated time slot.

Coaches depart from Pudding Mill Lane DLR station at 6.30am and Rush Green Training Ground at 7am
