Important Information

Tickets will be issued in an NFC Digital format for this fixture and will be distributed by email from the West Ham United Ticket Office in the week of the fixture date.

Concession Tickets

Burnley operate strict age checks for all concession tickets. If a supporter fails to produce the relevant proof of concession status, they will be required to purchase a new ticket for the game. No refund will be given for the concession ticket. There will be no ticket upgrades on the day of the game.

Burnley Football Club has a licensed safe standing area; standing will only be permitted in the areas highlighted as Safe Standing.
Supporters aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+

Supporters are charged at the relevant age band + one personal assistant free of charge, if required.

Ballot

Following the sale of tickets through the loyalty point thresholds, a ballot will take place containing 10% of the original allocation. Therefore, 200 tickets will be made available within the ballot for Season Ticket Holders to apply once all other seats are sold out.

Please note: If sales dictate that a reduced allocation is necessary, a ballot for this fixture will not take place.
