Jethro Medine joined West Ham United as an U10.

Right-back Medine signed his scholarship in the summer of 2023 and immediately established himself in the U18s.

Medine made 23 appearances for the U18s in 2023/24 - 21 in U18 Premier League South and two in the FA Youth Cup. He registered four assists, all in victories, and scored his first goal at U18 level with the opener in a 5-4 home win over Crystal Palace on 6 January 2024.

The full-back made his England U17s international debut as a substitute in a 3-2 Pinatar Arena Supercup defeat by Portugal in southern Spain on 6 September 2023, then started for the first time in a penalty shootout defeat by Morocco at the same venue three days later.

Medine signed professional terms with West Ham United in January 2025. That same season, he started every game for the U18s as they went on to win the Premier League Cup.

In 2025/26, Medine played 29 times in all competitions for the U18s and U21s, helping the latter reach the National League Cup final and EFL Trophy round of 16.
