Zak Magowan joined the Academy of Football as a second-year scholar in July 2026.

Right winger Magowan moved to West Ham United from Northern Irish club Glentoran, for whom he won the U20 Premiership Development League and scored 20 U18 Academy League goals in 2025/26.

Born in Dundonald, County Down, Magowan was capped by Northern Ireland U17s in three UEFA European U17 Championship qualifiers in March 2026.

Prior to playing for Glentoran, he appeared for the South Belfast Youth Football Invitational League Select side.
