Brazilian striker Pablo Felipe joined West Ham United from Portuguese club Gil Vicente on a four-and-a-half year contract in January 2026.
A strong, powerful centre-forward who can score and create goals, bring others into play and has a relentless work-rate, Pablo scored ten goals in 13 games in the half-season before his transfer to East London.
The son of former FC Porto and Braga striker Pena, Pablo was born in Portugal and raised in Brazil before returning to Portugal to join Primeira Division club Famalicão at the age of 16, before moving to Gil Vicente in September 2024.

Born in the city of Braga in northern Portugal on 2 January 2004....Son of the former FC Porto, Braga and Marítimo striker Pena, who finished as the Portuguese Primeira Liga's leading scorer with Porto in 2000/01. Moved to Brazil with his family in 2005 as his footballer father Pena played out his career in his homeland...Grew up in the city of Vitória da Conquista in the state of Bahia, where his father was born and played for the local club, Serrano...Began his career proper in Portugal at the age of 16, when he joined the youth system of Famalicão, a club based in the town of Vila Nova de Famalicão, situated 15 miles south-west of his birthplace in the city of Braga...Spent six seasons with Famalicão, including spells on loan at Paços de Ferreira and Gil Vicente....Made his senior debut for Famalicão in 1-0 Portuguese Cup second-round win over Estoril on 1 August 2021, aged 17 years and seven months...Made his Primeira Liga debut a week later at Paços de Ferreira before he made his first start in a home fixture with his father’s former club Porto on 15 August 2021...Scored his first senior goal came against another of his father’s old clubs, Marítimo, in April 2023...Spent the second half of the 2023/24 season on loan from Famalicão to Liga Portugal 2 club Paços de Ferreira...Joined Primeira Liga club Gil Vicente on loan in September 2024 and scored in a home win over Porto before netting an eleven-minute hat-trick in an away victory at Boavista in April 2025...Joined Gil Vicente on a permanent basis in June 2025 and produced prolific form in the first half of the 2025/26 season, scoring ten goals in 13 Primeira Liga appearances.
