Brazilian striker Pablo Felipe became Nuno Espírito Santo's first signing as West Ham United Head Coach when he arrived in January 2026.
He joined from Portuguese club Gil Vicente, for whom he had scored ten goals in 13 Primeira Liga appearances in the first half of the 2025/26 campaign, on a four-and-a-half-year contract, with the option for a further year.
A strong, powerful centre-forward who can score and create goals, bring others into play and has a relentless work-rate, Pablo was identified as a key target by Nuno.
The son of former FC Porto and Braga striker Pena, Pablo was born in Portugal and raised in Brazil before returning to Portugal to join Primeira Division club Famalicão at the age of 16. He joined Gil Vicente in September 2024 and, after 18 prolific months, is relishing the opportunity to show his qualities in the Premier League.
