West Ham United signed Spanish left-back Adama Boiro from Athletic Club on a season-long loan with the option to make the transfer permanent in September 2026.

Boiro was born in Senegal and moved with his family to the Spanish city of Pamplona as a child.

There, he started his senior career with Osasuna, before joining Athletic Club in 2024 and playing 45 times in La Liga, the UEFA Champions League and Europa League.
