Thank you for your interest in this free prize draw. Please read the following terms and conditions:
Promoter: West Ham United Football Club Limited with registered company number 66516 whose registered office is West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST.
The Prize Draw is open to any person who meets the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions, excluding employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, its affiliated companies or agents, and any other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of such consent.
Any person matching the criteria set out in point 1 who enters between 00:00 BST on 23/07/2026 and 23:59 BST on 06/08/2026 (the “Entry Period”) will be entered the prize draw to win:

1 of 3 £100 West Ham United Retail vouchers.
1 of 2 £50 West Ham United Retail vouchers
(each a “Prize”).
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must, during the Entry Period, visit https://eu.surveymonkey.com/r/CHWD6PD, complete and submit the Retail Survey and provide all mandatory contact details required for entry into the Prize Draw. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The content of an entrant’s survey responses will not affect their chances of winning.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries and multiple survey submissions from the same person will not increase that person’s chances of winning and may be disqualified.
Any entries received outside of the Entry Period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void and ineligible for a Prize.
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents. Winners will be selected at random within 72 hours of the Entry Period closing (the “Draw Date”). Each winner will receive one (1) Prize, with the available Prizes allocated at random.
The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the Draw Date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from a winner and pick a replacement winner in accordance with the process described above. The Prize will be sent to each winner by post within 60 days of the winner having been notified of their win.
Each Prize and that winner’s use of such Prize shall be subject to such further terms and conditions as are notified by the Promoter or the provider of such prize to the relevant winner and each winner agrees to be bound by such further terms and conditions including, without limitation, that none of the discount code Prizes may be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or voucher.
By entering this Prize draw, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
By entering, each entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Prize they may win. The Promoter reserves the right to require reasonable proof of such entrants eligibility.
No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. Entries disallowed due to technical issues or which are in breach of these terms and conditions shall not be included in the prize draw.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The Prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prizes do not include anything which is not expressly set out in these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, spending money, food and drinks or any other general expenses.
The Prize is not transferable. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
By entering the Prize draw, each entrant agrees that, in the event of them being drawn as a winner of the Prize draw, (i) the Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names on their websites and social media and (ii) such winner consents to the Promoter’s reasonable requests in relation to the taking and publication of promotional photographs.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
By entering the Prize draw, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes. The name and country of the winner will be made available after the conclusion of the competition. Personal data collected through the Retail Survey will be used to analyse survey responses and help the Promoter understand and improve its retail offering, as well as to administer the Prize Draw. Contact details supplied for Prize Draw entry may be used to verify entries, contact winners and fulfil the Prizes. Personal data may be processed by third-party survey, administration or fulfilment service providers acting on behalf of the Promoter. It will not be used for direct marketing unless the entrant has separately consented to receive such communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.whufc.com/privacy-policy, which explains entrants’ rights and how their personal data is protected.
Neither the Promoter nor any of its partners, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, directors or representatives will be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the organising or holding of this Prize draw or as a result of any Entrant’s participation in the Competition or as a result of winning, collecting, use or enjoyment of any Prize, if the Prize draw does not run as planned or if any part of any Prize is unable to be delivered for any reason. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
