West Ham United's away Premier League fixture at Brentford has been moved to Sunday 14 May.
The Hammers' trip to the Gtech Community Stadium will kick-off at 2pm BST, with our progress to the UEFA Europa Conference League semi-finals requiring the change.
David Moyes' men will be looking for a second win at the west London club this season, having triumphed 1-0 at Brentford in the FA Cup third round in January, when former Bee Saïd Benrahma scored the only goal of the game.
