- The competition is open to all ages. Any entrants under 18 must have their parents’ or guardians consent to enter the competition and if successful be accompanied by either their parent or guardian on the day.
- Winner(s) will be selected by the Club and the Club's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 7 days of the competition end date.
- If the Club cannot contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within 48 hours, the Club reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
- By entering any of the West Ham United Football Club online competitions you agree to having your name, details and photo published online or in a future issue of the West Ham United Football Club competitions.
- Unless otherwise stated, the promoter is West Ham United Football Club, London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST.
- By participating, you agree to West Ham United using your entry (or a modified version), full name and location to publicise this promotion (including in marketing and promotional materials) or for any other purpose as determined by West Ham United.
