The son of former Queens Park Rangers and Notts County winger Tony, Anthony Scully is a creative midfielder who has been capped by the Boys in Green at every age-group level up to U19s.

Born in Watford, Scully joined the Hammers as a schoolboy in 2011 before becoming a full-time scholar in summer 2015.

The blond-haired youngster will hope to follow his father into the senior professional ranks in the near future.



Made his first Premier League 2 Division 1 appearance of the season when he started the 3-2 home win over Reading on 20 August 2018...Started the EFL Trophy group-stage defeat at Exeter City on 25 September 2018.


Scored in Republic of Ireland U19s' friendly win over Czech Republic on 4 September 2017...Spent time on trial at Nottingham Forest in November 2017...Appeared in 12 Premier League 2 Division 1 fixtures, starting twice.


Started 13 times in U18 Premier League South, scoring in the 5-1 win at Fulham on 17 September 2016...Added assists in the 2-0 win at Reading on 13 August 2016 and 2-1 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur on 19 September 2017...Netted in the U18 Premier League Final Stage games at Reading, Manchester United and Arsenal in spring 2017...Scored on his only Premier League 2 Division 2 appearance of the season in the 3-1 defeat at Middlesbrough on 10 April 2017.


Totaled four U18 Premier League appearances...Made his Premier League 2 debut as a substitute in a 1-1 home draw with Arsenal on 14 December 2015...Added a second substitute appearance in the 4-1 Premier League 2 win at Newcastle United on 11 March 2016...Signed a new long-term contract on 23 May 2016.


Named Republic of Ireland U15 Player of the Year - the same honour his father won 20 years previously.
