Katie O'Hanlon signed her first professional contract with West Ham United on 16 July 2025.
The goalkeeper joined the Club’s Professional Game Academy (PGA) in 2022 following spells at Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
After progressing through the PGA, the shot-stopper spent time on loan at both Hashtag United and Billericay Town before returning to Chadwell Heath.
In 2024/25, O'Hanlon spent further time on loan at Billericay before rejoining the Hammers' first-team squad.

In September 2023, O'Hanlon joined Billericay Town on dual-registration terms and kept a clean sheet on her debut in a 9-0 victory over Portishead Town.
