Following a domestic season full of thrills and spills, football’s attention now turns to a mouth-watering summer of international action that is set to involve several West Ham United stars.
While there are tournaments to come later this month, with Mexico’s Edson Álvarez seeking CONCACAF Gold Cup glory and Academy starlet Finlay Herrick set for UEFA European Under-19 Championship action with England, the next eight days are due to serve up a mixture of competitive and friendly action at senior level.

Who has been called up?
Forward Niclas Füllkrug was rewarded for a strong finish to the 2024/25 Premier League season by being included in Julian Nagelsmann’s 26-man Germany squad for the UEFA Nations League Finals - his first international call-up since September.
The 32-year-old - who notched three goals and two assists in his injury-affected debut campaign in Claret and Blue - will look to sign off for the summer by helping his country lift Nations League silverware for the first time.
The four-time world champions take on Portugal in the semi-finals on Wednesday 4 June (8pm BST), while they will contest either the final (8pm BST) or third-place play-off (2pm BST) against Spain or France on Sunday 8 June.
Ahead of the 4 June deadline for Gold Cup squad submissions, midfielder Edson Álvarez was named in Mexico's 35-man training squad late last month, with El Tri set to contest two warm-up friendlies over the coming days in the USA.
Our No19 and his teammates will face Switzerland on Saturday 7 June (9pm BST) before coming up against Türkiye on Wednesday 11 June (1.30am BST).

Meanwhile, Tomáš Souček and Vladimír Coufal have been included in Czechia’s 24-man squad for a FIFA World Cup qualifying double-header against Montenegro (Friday 6 June, 7.45pm BST) and Croatia (Monday 9 June, 7.45pm BST).
Midfielder Andy Irving could win his first cap for Scotland after being called up by Steve Clarke for friendlies against Iceland (Friday 6 June, 7.45pm BST) and Liechtenstein (Monday 9 June, 5pm BST).
Similarly, Dinos Mavropanos and Callum Marshall are part of the Greece and Northern Ireland squads set for friendlies against Slovakia (Saturday 7 June, 7.45pm BST) and Bulgaria (Tuesday 10 June, 7.45pm BST), and Denmark (Saturday 7 June, 6pm BST) and Iceland (Tuesday 10 June, 7.45pm BST), respectively.
Evan Ferguson, who made eight appearances for the Irons on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion in the second half of 2024/25, is in the Republic of Ireland squad for friendlies against Senegal (Friday 6 June, 7.45pm BST) and Luxembourg (Tuesday 10 June, 7.45pm BST).
Eighteen-year-old midfielder Gabriel Caliste has been called up by Mauritius for the COSAFA Cup in South Africa, with him and his teammates in line for group fixtures against Zimbabwe (Wednesday 4 June, 5pm BST), Mozambique (Saturday 7 June, 11am BST) and South Africa (Tuesday 10 June, 2pm BST).
And finally, teenage goalkeeper Dondre Abraham is set for FIFA World Cup qualifying action with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, against Anguilla (Thursday 5 June, 12am BST) and Puerto Rico (Wednesday 11 June, 2am BST).

Where can I watch the games?
Germany’s Nations League semi-final, and their subsequent final clash or third-place play-off, will be shown in the UK on Amazon Prime Video.
The BBC will be broadcasting the Scotland and Northern Ireland games, on regional channels as well as BBC iPlayer and on the BBC Sport website.
Mauritius’ COSAFA Cup matches are set to be streamed on FIFA+, while Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ World Cup qualifiers will be shown live on the CONCACAF YouTube channel.
