West Ham United head to Ipswich Town this Sunday for the final game of the 2024/25 campaign.
Graham Potter's men will be hoping to sign-off for the summer on a high by completing a Premier League double over the Tractor Boys, having triumphed 4-1 at London Stadium back in October.
It promises to be an emotional afternoon for the four Hammers departing the Club this summer - Aaron Cresswell, Łukasz Fabiański, Vladimír Coufal and Danny Ings - who trained with their Irons teammates for the final time on Saturday ahead of the trip to Portman Road.
