West Ham United Women arrived at Loughborough University on Friday afternoon ahead of their three day training camp at the campus.
The Irons first made the walk up to where they would be training, and then completed a rigorous two hour session in the sunshine!
Paul Konchesky's side conclude their trip in Loughborough with a friendly match against fellow WSL side Liverpool at the University Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The match, which kicks off at 1pm is being streamed live on the Official West Ham United YouTube channel!

Tickets for entry to both matches are priced at £7.00 for Adults, £3.50 for Concessions, £2.00 for Students and U16s.
