West Ham United supporters will be able to enjoy their matchday refreshments in style at London Stadium this season, starting at Friday evening’s Premier League fixture with Chelsea.
This season, catering partner Delaware North is proud to debut three innovative technologies that are set to change your food and beverage experience: Drink Command, EBar, and Bar Tap.
Drink Command is available in the Boleyn, while EBar and Bar Tap are concessions available to all supporters on the London Stadium concourse.
Drink Command – Self-Pour Beer Wall
Drink Command is our new self-serve beer wall designed for speed, convenience, and fun. Simply choose your beer, tap your payment card, and pour your own pint, exactly how you like it. It’s a great way to skip the queues and take control of your pour.
EBar – Hands-Free Beer Dispensing
EBar is an advanced beer dispense solution that combines speed and quality. Just select your product, tap your card, and the machine will pour a cold, refreshing pint of beer in under ten seconds. The process is fully automated and completely hands free.
Bar Tap – Frictionless Amazon Store
Powered by Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, Bar Tap is our most seamless retail experience yet. Simply approach the gate, tap your card, and enter within three seconds. Grab the items you want, walk out, and you’re automatically charged, no lines, no checkout, no waiting.

Delaware North have also introduced a number of new catering outlets and worked with the Club to introduce four new early-bird offers for supporters in the 45 minutes after turnstiles open, to encourage fans to arrive at the stadium earlier.
