The hard work continues for West Ham United Women at Chadwell Heath during international break
With eleven players away from West Ham United Women's Chadwell Heath training base having been called up for international duty, the rest of the squad have been working hard out on the training pitches ahead of the imminent return to club action.
Olli Harder and his coaching team have been working with a small group of players throughout the last two weeks, with the team working on individual development programmes as well as the usual training out on the field.
It's been an enjoyable time for those back at Chadwell, as the attention now turns to their next Barclays FA Women's Super League clash against Everton on Sunday 12 December.
The Hammers are back at home soon after, as they welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to the Chigwell Construction Stadium in their final Continental League Cup Group Stage match.
Anything but defeat for Harder's side will see them qualify for the knockout stages, and you can come and support the Hammers in action on Wednesday 15 December, with the game kicking off at 7:30pm.
