West Ham players take to social media to celebrate Watford win

West Ham United ended the season with a fine 4-1 Premier League win at Watford on Sunday - and the Hammers squad took to social media to mark the occasion.

Marko Arnautovic and Manuel Lanzini were both on target, while Michail Antonio was at his powerful best and Lukasz Fabianski and his defenders worked hard to keep the Hornets quiet.

Mark Noble scored two goals to go second in the Club's all-time Premier League list behind Paolo Di Canio, who marked the occasion with a Claret and Blue outfit as he worked as a pundit on Italian television.
