Man City betting preview with Betway

Get the lowdown on the betting markets for Saturday's game with Betway
Something will have to give at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday evening as Manchester City’s clean-sheet record goes up against West Ham United’s impeccable away stats. The Hammers are a huge 10/1 to beat the league leaders, a price that would sit very nicely between the 11/1 success at Arsenal and the 9/1 victory over Liverpool already achieved this season. With that 119/1 double already accomplished can Slaven Bilic’s men really make it an unbelievable 1319/1 treble? Well why not?
City are, of course, the favourites for the game at 2/7 and a draw is offered at 9/2. West Ham haven’t won away at City in the Premier League since April 2003, although in between they won an FA Cup Quarter Final there during a run to the 2006 Final. On the ‘Correct Score’ market a 1-0 away win – the scoreline in 2003 - is offered at 25/1. A goalless draw is listed at 16/1 and would fit the trend of clean-sheets on the road for West Ham and overall for the hosts.
If the deadlock is to be broken then Sergio Aguero is the 11/4 favourite to break it. The ‘First Goalscorer’ prices also have recent Manuel Pellegrini acquisitions Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne listed at 11/2. The first West Ham United player in the list is Diafra Sakho at 11/1. Monday’s ‘Man of the Match’ Dimitri Payet is 14/1 to score first, 5/1 to score at any time and 40/1 - on our exclusive Betway ‘Match Specials’ - to bag another brace!
Elsewhere on the special markets we have a West Ham United clean-sheet listed at a huge 8/1. Adrian could well be back in the away goal, but Darren Randolph has gone 191 minutes without picking the ball out of his net and will take some shifting. Joe Hart has gone 450 Premier League minutes without conceding for Manchester City and he is 21/20 to continue that run.
