There is an exclusive interview with Hayden Mullins - who talks about signing a new contract at Upton Park and his recent goalsscoring form, while Matty Etherington reveals how he is now back to full fitness and West Ham United's former legendary penalty-taker Ray Stewart tells how best to take aim from the spot.
And we hear from another former Hammers favourite, Paolo Di
Canio, celebrity fan Paul Ross, and find out who is who in the West
Ham United Youth Academy.
We also talk to Conditioning Coach Alex Dyer, who reveals the role he plays as part of Alan Pardew's backroom team. Working under Niall Clark, the Club's Head of Technical Support, Alex helps to prepare and monitor the fitness programme of the first team squad, both as a group and individuals.
"A lot of work is carried out as a team together, but every player has individual needs and so we plan what sort of work they should be doing, to make sure that not only are they fit, but in the best condition at all times," says Alex.
"Players must always do their work to recover properly after games as well as preparing for them."
Alex also gives tips on how to keep fit while practising your footballing skills in the right way. To read the full interview, don't miss tonight's matchday magazine, on sale around the stadium, priced £3.50.
