West Ham United will kick-off their 2025/26 season away at Sunderland.
The Hammers will head to Régis Le Bris' newly-promoted side on Saturday 16 August for a 3pm BST kick-off to get the new Premier League campaign started.
Sunderland sealed their return to the top flight with a Wembley Play-Off final victory over Sheffield United late last month.
The first month of 2025/26 continues with a home London derby against Chelsea - which will see Head Coach Graham Potter take on his former side - on Saturday 23 August, before we hit the road again to face Nottingham Forest on Saturday 30 August.

The campaign concludes with a home meeting against another of the Premier League's new boys, with Leeds United travelling to London Stadium on Sunday 24 May.
Other notable dates include a festive home derby with Fulham on Saturday 27 December, with the Christmas and New Year programme also featuring a home match against Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday 30 December and a trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday 3 January.
Supporters should note that all Premier League fixtures are subject to change.
In addition, our away game against Nottingham Forest on Saturday 30 August and home match with Aston Villa on Saturday 13 December will be subject to movement on those weekends due to their participation in the UEFA Conference League and Europa League respectively the preceding Thursday.
Should Aston Villa progress to the Round of 16 and/or Crystal Palace reach the Quarter-Final stage of the Europa League then our fixtures in March and April respectively would also be subject to change on a similar basis.
The UK broadcast selections for the early match rounds are estimated to be completed by 9 July, with October's broadcast selections to follow by 20 August; November's by 17 September; December's and January's by 15 October; February's by 17 December; March's by 21 January; April's by 4 March; Match Round 35's by 25 March; Match Round 36's by 1 April; Match Round 37's by 8 April; and the final Match Round's after each club has played 37 games. Please note that all dates are approximate.
Furthermore, the Hammers will begin our Carabao Cup challenge at the second round stage in the week commencing Monday 25 August, while the Emirates FA Cup third round will be held over the weekend of Saturday 10 January 2026.
