West Ham United are committed to giving our supporters the best possible experience in every contact with the Club and our friendly Supporter Services team are on hand to assist with any query you may have.

We have several ways in which supporters can give their feedback to the Club, by email at [email protected].

You can also ask a question via our dedicated Supporter Services Twitter account @westhamhelp - manned 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and from two hours before kick-off on matchdays.
