An FA Cup hat-trick on this date in the calendar from Nigeria striker Victor Obinna was enough to see off the challenge of Nottingham Forest at the Boleyn Ground.
It was in 2011 that Obinna notched his treble, settling a see-saw game against a visiting Forest side who at that time were in the Championship.
Obinna opened the scoring with four minutes on the clock, only for Forest to lead by minute 40 thanks to strikes from Dele Adebola and David McGoldrick.
However, Obinna soon restored parity, equalising three minutes before the break - and then seven minutes after the restart his penalty proved to be the winning goal.
