1. Employees of ITD Global and West Ham Football Club, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
2. This prize draw is only available to eligible fans based on the criteria of completing the entry form between Monday 8 December 2025 and Monday 5 January 2026.
3. By participating in this competition, you will be entered into a prize draw and you agree to be contacted via email if the winning entrant.
4. Participants agree by entering into this prize draw that their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by ITD Global and West Ham United, for the purposes of administering the prize.
5. These terms and conditions are additional to the general ITD Global and West Ham Football Club terms and conditions, and do not replace any pre-existing terms and conditions that appear on the West Ham United website.
6. This competition closes at 11.59pm GMT Monday 5 January 2026, the winning entrant will be contacted within five working days of the competition closing to confirm the receipt of the prize. Failure to confirm contact within 48 hours of winning will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be chosen at random.
7. There will be one (1) winner who will receive a signed 2025/26 West Ham United Football Club shirt (the "Prize").
8. West Ham United reserve the right to suspend / terminate this prize draw at any time, should it have reasonable grounds for doing so.
9. To the extent permitted by law, West Ham United, other members of the group of companies and third parties connected to West Ham United hereby expressly exclude:
a. All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, or any other applicable law. b. Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any stable staff or prize winner in connection with a draw or participation in the promotion.

As a condition of your entry into the prize draw, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such participation.
