Who Am I? Competition - Terms & Conditions

This is a promotion jointly organised and run by West Ham United Football Club Limited, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (under company number 00066516) whose registered office is at London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST, England (the “Promoter”), in partnership with Intuit QuickBooks.

The Promoter is operating a prize draw for eligible participants (the “Competition”) to win one of several West Ham United signed first-team home shirts (the “Prize”) through an online quiz-based game.

Entrants to the Competition (“Entrants”) are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) upon entry.

ENTRY PROCESS

The Competition will open at 9:00am GMT on 14 November 2025 and will close at 11:59pm BST on 31 June 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

To enter the Competition, Entrants must visit the dedicated landing page hosted at: https://www.audience.whufc.com/who-am-i-presented-by-intuit-quickbooks

The game consists of identifying six West Ham United players based solely on images showing their shirt sleeves. Only Entrants who correctly guess all six players will be eligible for the prize draw.

The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to UK residents aged 16 and over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter or Intuit QuickBooks, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the Competition are excluded from entering.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

PRIZE

There are a total of seven (7) prizes available to be won. Each Prize consists of one (1) signed West Ham United 2025/26 home shirt to be won on a monthly basis.

Winners will be drawn at random from the pool of eligible Entrants who correctly identified all six players. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry within 14 days of the Closing date of each months competition

Each Winner must respond and confirm acceptance of their Prize within 48 hours of being contacted. If a Winner does not respond within this timeframe or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner at random from the eligible pool.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equivalent or greater value if necessary.

DATA SHARING AND CONSENT

As part of the entry process, Entrants will be asked whether they wish to consent to their personal data being shared with Intuit QuickBooks. This includes marketing questions such as:

- Would you be interested to learn more about how accounting software can help your business?

- Would you be happy to speak to an Intuit QuickBooks expert on how they can support your business growth?

Only Entrants who affirmatively opt in by responding "Yes" to the relevant questions or by ticking the relevant checkboxes will have their data shared with Intuit QuickBooks for marketing purposes.

Any personal data shared with Intuit QuickBooks will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation. The sharing of such data is governed by a data sharing agreement in place between West Ham United and Intuit QuickBooks.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or from the acceptance or use of any Prize.

PERSONAL DATA

Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://www.whufc.com/privacy-policy

Entrants can object to their surname being published or made available by contacting the Promoter, but the Promoter may still be required to share Winner information with regulators, including the Advertising Standards Authority.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Competition or these T&Cs at any time where necessary. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and binding.

These T&Cs and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
