West Ham TV is the Club's video platform, available at whufc.com and through the official West Ham United app. Most of what appears on West Ham TV — interviews, highlights, press conferences, matchday features, archive footage, West Ham United Women content and Academy content — is published free of charge and requires no purchase. Use of that free content is governed by the Club's Website Terms of Use, not by these Terms.
These Terms govern one element of West Ham TV only: the Live Streaming service (the "Live Streaming Service"). That is the paid service through which live video and live audio coverage of first-team fixtures is supplied to supporters who hold a Pass. If you are watching free content on West Ham TV, these Terms do not apply to you.
Six Passes are sold for the 2026/27 season:
(a) Match Video Pass — live video of one identified fixture;
(b) Monthly Video Pass — live video for a one-month Subscription Period;
(c) Season Video Pass — live video for the 2026/27 season;
(d) Match Audio Pass — live audio commentary on one identified fixture;
(e) Monthly Audio Pass — live audio commentary for a one-month Subscription Period;
(f) Season Audio Pass — live audio commentary for the 2026/27 season.
The three video products are together the "Video Passes", the three audio products are together the "Audio Passes", and all six are together the "Passes".
These Terms form a binding contract between you and the Club. They govern your purchase and use of any Pass, and explain who we are, what we will supply, how either party may vary or end the contract, what happens if something goes wrong, and other matters you should be aware of. Please read them before placing an order.
The Club is West Ham United Football Club Limited (company number 03407691), referred to in these Terms as the "Club", "we", "us" or "our". The Live Streaming Service is delivered through whufc.com, the official West Ham United app and any other platform operated by or on behalf of the Club (each and together, the "Site").
These Terms govern every Pass, including any supplied without charge or on promotional terms.
You — the "subscriber", "you" or "your" — obtain access on the basis that you pay any applicable Fee and are bound by these Terms.
The Club's Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply, as do the terms of any Club product through which your Pass was supplied. Each is incorporated into this contract as amended from time to time. On any matter concerning the Live Streaming Service, these Terms prevail over the Website Terms of Use in the event of inconsistency.
Please raise any apparent error in these Terms with us before purchasing.
1. Submitting your order and registering
1.1 Your submission of an order constitutes an offer. A contract arises only when we send confirmation of acceptance to the email address you have given. We may decline an order where: the advertised price was incorrect; required information has not been supplied (see condition 1.5); the Pass is not offered in your territory or you do not meet another eligibility requirement; your payment has not completed; supply is prevented by an event we did not anticipate; or our resources are subject to constraints we could not reasonably have planned for.
1.2 Acceptance of any offer to purchase is at our discretion, exercised reasonably.
1.3 In placing an order, you represent that:
1.3.1 you have reached the age of 18, or you are aged 16 or 17 and have obtained the agreement of a parent or legal guardian. Orders from persons under 16 are not accepted;
1.3.2 your sole residence is within the territory applicable to the Pass ordered. Territorial rights restrictions govern what may be shown to you, and relocation may alter what is available (see condition 3); and
1.3.3 the details you supply are accurate and complete at the time of supply. You are required to keep them current for the duration of your subscription, either through My Account at whufc.com or by contacting our Supporter Services team ([email protected]).
1.4 Certain features available through the Site are neither designed nor promoted for use by minors. A minor must obtain the agreement of a parent or legal guardian before submitting or requesting content or information to or from the Club, our commercial partners or third parties, and before making any purchase. Where a minor makes a purchase or acts in breach of these Terms, responsibility for that breach and for payment rests with the parent or legal guardian. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 16 and lacks such agreement, we may withdraw access.
1.5 Where the information supplied is inaccurate or insufficient, we may decline the order, request further or corrected information, or bring the contract to an end. We accept no responsibility for delay or failure in providing access where that delay or failure results from your not supplying the information we require, or not notifying us of material changes to it.
1.6 Registration requires a West Ham United account. You may create one, or sign in with existing credentials. Those credentials govern access to the Live Streaming Service and must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any other person. You are accountable for their security and proper use. Where you know or suspect that a third party has obtained your password, or that it has otherwise been compromised, you must inform us without delay and change it at the earliest opportunity. We bear no liability for loss or damage resulting from your failure to observe this obligation. Where we consider a security breach to have occurred or to be likely, we may suspend your credentials, require them to be changed, and restrict access until that has been done.
1.7 Access to the Live Streaming Service is conditional upon your holding a single sign-on (SSO) account with the Club. The Site may from time to time be integrated with services or platforms operated by us or by third parties. Free content on West Ham TV may be viewed without a Pass and, in most cases, without an account.
2. What each Pass includes
2.1 We supply access to the categories of live content specified in the Pass selected when you ordered. Access is non-exclusive, may be suspended or terminated under these Terms, and is determined by your territory together with any other eligibility requirement identified during the order process.
2.2 Video Passes. A Match Video Pass covers live video of one identified fixture. A Season Video Pass covers live video of each fixture we make available across the 2026/27 season. A Monthly Video Pass provides the same coverage for the relevant monthly Subscription Period. In each case, coverage is subject to condition 3.
2.3 Audio Passes. An Audio Pass covers live audio commentary. It confers no entitlement to live video of any fixture.
2.4 A Video Pass includes the audio commentary accompanying the video coverage. An Audio Pass does not include video.
2.5 Free content on West Ham TV. Highlights, interviews, press conferences, archive fixtures, West Ham United Women content and Academy content are published on West Ham TV free of charge. That content is not supplied under these Terms and forms no part of the consideration for any Pass. We give no undertaking that any particular item will be produced, published or retained.
2.6 The Live Streaming Service supplies access to live content and nothing further. We neither supply nor accept responsibility for your computer hardware, operating system, internet connection or other installed software, nor for any supplier you engage in relation to them. Difficulties of that nature which affect your ability to use the Service do not give rise to a refund.
2.7 The right conferred by a Pass is personal to you and permits viewing or listening on a single device at any one time. The Service has not been designed to your individual specification; please check before purchasing that it meets your requirements.
2.8 Season scope. A Season Video Pass or Season Audio Pass covers fixtures in the 2026/27 EFL Championship league season. Play-off fixtures are only available in unsold markets. Fixtures in other competitions are covered only as set out at condition 3.5.
3. Broadcast restrictions, territories and match availability
3.1 Live coverage supplied through the Live Streaming Service comprises video and audio footage, photography, statistics, marks and other material and intellectual property belonging to the Club, the English Football League ("EFL"), The Football Association and their respective content licensees. It is supplied strictly in accordance with the broadcasting regulations of the competition concerned and the rights granted to the Club's broadcast partners.
3.2 United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. The Live Streaming Service does not carry live video of EFL Championship league fixtures for supporters located in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. Domestic live rights to those fixtures are held by the EFL's domestic broadcast partner rather than by the Club. Supporters in those territories may instead purchase an Audio Pass for live audio commentary, and may continue to access free content on West Ham TV.
3.3 International territories. For supporters located outside the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, live video of an EFL Championship league fixture is supplied where that fixture has neither been selected by an EFL overseas broadcast partner nor scheduled on the main channels of the domestic broadcast partner in your territory, and where no further restriction applies locally.
3.4 Cup and other competitions. Fixtures in the Emirates FA Cup, the EFL Cup and any other competition fall under the broadcasting regulations and rights arrangements of the organiser concerned. Such fixtures may not be carried on the Live Streaming Service in any territory.
3.5 Changes to availability. The fixtures carried on the Live Streaming Service are liable to change at any time and at short notice, whether by reason of broadcast selection, rescheduling for broadcast, competition regulations, safety or policing decisions, or the exercise of rights by a third party. You acknowledge that no Season Pass or Monthly Pass carries a fixed or guaranteed number of fixtures. Where a fixture ceases to be available for any such reason, no refund arises in respect of a Season Pass or Monthly Pass.
3.6 Postponed, rescheduled and abandoned fixtures. Where a fixture covered by a Match Pass is postponed, rescheduled or abandoned, that Pass will entitle you to the rearranged fixture provided we are able to carry it. Where we are not, condition 8 applies.
3.7 Location verification and VPNs. We and our service providers may establish the territory from which you are connecting in order to give effect to this condition 3. You must not employ a VPN (Virtual Private Network), proxy service or comparable method to conceal or misrepresent your location so as to obtain content blocked in a country or territory for rights reasons. To do so is a material breach of these Terms, and condition 11 will apply.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 You are required to comply with any reasonable instruction we issue concerning use of the Live Streaming Service.
4.2 You must not, and must not procure or permit another person to:
4.2.1 use the Live Streaming Service otherwise than in accordance with this contract, or for any purpose unlawful under the laws applicable in the country from which access is obtained;
4.2.2 use the Live Streaming Service for any purpose other than private and domestic viewing. Commercial or business use is prohibited in all circumstances, including exhibition of the Service or any content to an audience in a public place, whether or not a charge is levied, except with our prior written consent;
4.2.3 record, capture, copy, reproduce, store, transfer, modify, post, distribute, re-transmit or publish any content, save with our prior written consent or where the law expressly permits;
4.2.4 sell, assign, transfer or delegate your rights or obligations under this contract, or permit any other person to share your account or the content accessible through it;
4.2.5 access or use the Live Streaming Service in circumstances allowing members of the public to view the content available through your account, whether at the same time or otherwise, or authorise another person to do so;
4.2.6 modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any element of the Service, or defeat or attempt to defeat any geographical restriction, encryption or access control applied to it;
4.2.7 introduce any virus or other harmful or disruptive material to the Service or the systems supporting it;
4.2.8 use the Live Streaming Service so as to interrupt, damage, impair or reduce the efficiency of the Service or any equipment operated by us or our technology partners, or seek unauthorised entry to any system through which the Service is delivered; or
4.2.9 use the Live Streaming Service in a manner infringing the rights of any person, firm or company, including rights in intellectual property, confidence and privacy.
4.3 Where misuse of the Live Streaming Service or its content by you, or by a person to whom you have given access, causes us to incur loss, cost or expense, we may require reimbursement to the extent that such loss, cost or expense was reasonably foreseeable and directly attributable to the misuse.
5. Technical requirements
5.1 Access to the Service requires equipment and connectivity supplied at your own expense, including a computer, mobile device or tablet together with a suitable network or internet connection. Any charges associated with accessing the Service are your responsibility.
5.2 A Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection is required. Your connection must provide:
5.2.1 a sustained download speed of at least 1.2 Mbps, with latency not exceeding 100ms, for standard-definition video;
5.2.2 a sustained download speed of at least 4 Mbps, with latency not exceeding 50ms, for high-definition video; and
5.2.3 a sustained download speed of at least 0.5 Mbps for audio-only streams.
5.3 Your device must meet the following minimum technical specifications, which we may revise from time to time in accordance with condition 9:
5.3.1 processor: a 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or an Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks;
5.3.2 memory: at least 2GB of RAM, or 1GB of RAM for netbooks, and at least 128MB of graphics memory;
5.3.3 desktop operating systems: Windows 10 or later, or macOS 12 or later;
5.3.4 browsers: the latest available version of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari; and
5.3.5 mobile and tablet operating systems: Android 15 or later, or iOS 17 or later.
5.4 Responsibility for meeting the minimum hardware, software and system specifications rests with you. To safeguard licensed content, the Service may not operate on devices whose operating-system security controls have been removed, disabled or modified. We accept no responsibility where you are unable to access the Service because the required hardware, software or systems are not in place or do not meet the stated minimum requirements.
5.5 We accept no responsibility where access to the Service is suspended, interrupted or unavailable because of an interruption to, or failure of, your mobile network or internet connection.
5.6 Any charges payable to third parties in connection with your use of the Service, including mobile network, data and internet service provider charges, are your responsibility.
6. Fees and payment
6.1 Payment is not required for all content on West Ham TV; the Live Streaming Service is a paid service. Where a Fee is payable, it is published on the Site and may be varied from time to time. We may increase the price of any Pass, giving notice in accordance with these Terms. An increase may follow, for example, a rise in the cost of supplying content, or the introduction of additional content or services.
6.2 You are required to pay the one-off fee (if any) applicable to the Pass ordered, or the recurring fee (if any) applicable to the period subscribed for (the "Subscription Period"), as notified at the point of purchase and confirmed in our acceptance email (the "Fee").
6.3 Save in the case of manifest error, the Fee is that published on the Site when your order is placed. Where we accept and process an order at a price which is manifestly incorrect and which you could reasonably have identified as such, we may terminate the contract and refund any sum paid.
6.4 Except where stated otherwise, Fees include VAT or the equivalent sales tax applicable in your territory.
6.5 Local taxes and duties applicable in your territory of residence or access are your responsibility. All payments are made in pounds sterling (GBP).
6.6 Payment may be made by credit or debit card. The Fee is billed automatically against the card or account details provided at the point of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay via Apple Pay or Onelink.
6.7 Voucher codes. The Club may from time to time issue voucher codes conferring access to the Live Streaming Service. Any additional conditions applying to that access will be published with the code and, in the event of inconsistency with these Terms, will prevail.
6.8 Save where the fault is directly ours, we accept no responsibility for payments not received by us or declined by your bank or payment provider.
6.9 Streaming delivery and the associated payment processing are performed on our behalf by Stream AMG. Fees are processed by that provider, by secure means, through a third-party payment services provider it engages. Where applicable, the provider or its payment services provider will make its terms and privacy policy available to you.
7. Automatic renewal
7.1 This condition applies solely to the Monthly Video Pass and the Monthly Audio Pass. It has no application to Match Passes, Season Passes, or any other one-off purchase.
7.2 Your subscription runs for the Subscription Period selected and, unless we notify you otherwise, renews automatically at the end of each Subscription Period for an equivalent further period, charged to the payment method used at purchase. Where those details have expired, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
7.3 You may end a Monthly Pass with effect from the close of your current Subscription Period through My Account, or by writing to [email protected] not less than 5 days before the renewal date. Notice given later than that takes effect at the end of the following Subscription Period, for which the Fee remains payable. Where you have paid by direct debit, please also cancel the mandate with your bank; save in respect of payments received by us in error and returned on request, we accept no liability for sums taken, or charges incurred, under a mandate you have not cancelled.
7.4 In the absence of notice given under condition 7.3, the subscription renews automatically on the terms previously applying, unless we have notified you in advance of a change, in which case the revised terms apply from the renewal date. We will notify you by email in advance of your first renewal, and in advance of any change to the Fee.
7.5 Acquisition of a subscription to which this condition applies constitutes your agreement to automatic renewal, except where the subscription has been ended earlier under these Terms.
7.6 We may withdraw automatic renewal at any time, including where the Service is withdrawn under condition 10. In that event your subscription ends on expiry of the Subscription Period then current, and no further Fee is charged.
8. Cancellation and refunds
8.1 All purchases are final. Digital content is supplied immediately on purchase. By purchasing, you require us to begin supply at once and accept that in consequence the cancellation right you would otherwise hold is brought to an end. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be cancelled, exchanged or resold.
8.2 Without limiting condition 8.4, no refund arises where:
8.2.1 a fixture ceases to be available by reason of broadcast selection, blocked hours, competition regulations or any other restriction described in condition 3;
8.2.2 content is unavailable to you because you have travelled to, or are located in, a territory in which it is restricted;
8.2.3 you elect not to view or listen to content to which you have purchased access; or
8.2.4 access is prevented by your own equipment, software, systems or internet connection.
8.3 Technical issues. If you experience technical issues while viewing or attempting to view a Match, you must notify us at [email protected] during the relevant Match. You should provide details of the issue, screenshots where possible, and information about the device, operating system and browser you are using. Reporting the issue during the Match allows us and our service providers to investigate and attempt to resolve it.
Issues reported after the Match will not qualify for a refund. No refund will be provided where you choose not to access or view the content.
Where you have purchased a one-off video or audio Match Pass and complied with this condition and these Terms, you will be eligible for a pro-rated refund if a technical error caused by the Club or one of its service providers prevents you from accessing the Match for more than 40 minutes in total. Where the technical error prevents you from accessing the entire Match, you will be eligible for a full refund.
8.4 Your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights in respect of digital content which is faulty or does not correspond with its description. Those rights arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and cannot be excluded by contract. Independent advice is available from Citizens Advice.
9. Changes and updates
9.1 We may vary the Live Streaming Service or these Terms without notice in order to:
9.1.1 give effect to changes in law or regulatory requirement, or in the broadcasting regulations of any competition in which the Club participates;
9.1.2 make minor or urgent technical adjustments, including those addressing a security risk;
9.1.3 revise or improve the user interface, or extend functionality, provided this does not increase the price payable for your current Subscription Period;
9.1.4 alter the structure of our services, or the manner of delivery of the Service and its content;
9.1.5 give effect to a change specifically drawn to your attention at or before the point of order or, in the case of a renewal, in the renewal notice;
9.1.6 make other minor changes which neither cause you material detriment nor increase the price payable during your current subscription, or which we reasonably consider beneficial to users;
9.1.7 remove features which have become outdated or redundant; or
9.1.8 reorganise the structure of our business or services.
9.2 Where a planned change is more significant, or falls outside condition 9.1, we will give reasonable notice of it.
9.3 Following such notice you may, before the change takes effect, contact us to end your subscription if you do not wish to be bound by it, in which case the subscription ends on expiry of your current Subscription Period. Absent such contact, you are taken to have accepted the change.
9.4 We may update the software underlying the Service, or require you to apply updates, in order that access may continue.
9.5 The current version of these Terms is published on the Site, and we suggest you retain a copy. Save as provided at condition 9.2, continued use following a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a change, or a variation made under it, is held invalid or unenforceable, that change alone is disregarded and the remaining changes and Terms are unaffected.
10. Availability and withdrawal of the Service
10.1 We give no undertaking to maintain or continue the Live Streaming Service beyond the conclusion of the 2026/27 season.
10.2 The scope and availability of the Live Streaming Service depend upon the competition in which the Club's first team participates, and upon the broadcasting regulations and rights arrangements applying to it. You acknowledge that a change in the Club's competition status may result in the Service, or any Pass, being materially altered, restricted or withdrawn.
10.3 We may close the Live Streaming Service, or withdraw a Pass, by giving not less than 30 days’ notice. If we are required to act sooner because of applicable law, regulation, competition rules or broadcasting rights arrangements, we will provide as much notice as reasonably practicable. Where this occurs during a Subscription Period already paid for, and we are unable to supply the content covered for the remainder of that period, we will refund the unexpired portion of the Fee on a pro-rata basis.
10.4 Maintenance. The Live Streaming Service may from time to time be taken out of service, in whole or in part, to carry out upgrades or maintenance necessary for its operation, or work required by law or regulation. We will provide reasonable advance notice and seek to complete the work promptly and, where reasonably practicable, outside scheduled live Match broadcasts. Advance notice or scheduling outside a live Match may not be possible in an emergency.
11. Suspension, restriction and cancellation
11.1 We may suspend, restrict or cancel access, in whole or in part and without refund or compensation, where:
11.1.1 payment falls due and is not made, or your payment method fails or is declined;
11.1.2 information you have supplied cannot be verified, or is incomplete and you do not supply what we reasonably require within a reasonable period;
11.1.3 the Service or its content is used otherwise than for personal, private and domestic purposes;
11.1.4 you breach these Terms or any other terms applying to your use of the Service. Where the breach is minor, judged reasonably by the Club, we will first notify you and allow 7 days for it to be remedied;
11.1.5 your use is reasonably assessed as abusive or excessive, or as contrary to the interests of other subscribers or of other persons;
11.1.6 we consider on reasonable grounds that you are using a VPN, proxy or comparable service, or are otherwise misrepresenting your location;
11.1.7 we consider on reasonable grounds that you have shared, sold or transferred your account or credentials, or have recorded, re-transmitted or redistributed content;
11.1.8 technical or operational circumstances beyond our reasonable control make suspension unavoidable;
11.1.9 you, or a person acting for you, behave towards our staff or agents in a manner we reasonably consider inappropriate or unacceptable and sufficiently serious to warrant it; or
11.1.10 we consider on reasonable grounds that fraudulent activity has been or may be committed against us or against another person through your account or that of another.
11.2 Where the conduct in question also affects other Club products associated with your account, we may take action in respect of those products under the terms applying to them.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 All content, design, text, graphics, footage and material supplied through the Live Streaming Service, and the selection and arrangement of that material, are the property of the Club, the EFL, The Football Association, the Club's broadcast partners or their respective licensors. Ownership does not pass to you.
12.2 You must not, and must not assist or enable a third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, frame, exploit commercially or create derivative works from that content. Where you become aware of such distribution or exploitation, please notify us without delay.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms confers a licence or right in any trade mark, badge or brand of the Club, the EFL or any third party.
13. Disclaimers and liability
13.1 We do not warrant that access will be continuous, uninterrupted or free from error, or that any particular fixture, feed or feature will be available.
13.2 Save as provided at condition 13.7, neither the Club nor its staff or representatives will be liable to you for loss, damage or inability to access or use the Live Streaming Service which:
13.2.1 results from use other than that permitted under this contract;
13.2.2 results from suspension, restriction or cancellation under condition 11, or from failure, interruption or cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including fire, flood, severe weather, terrorism, civil disruption and failure of a public telecommunications network;
13.2.3 results from incompatibility between your devices or systems and the technical specification notified to you (see condition 5);
13.2.4 is caused by viruses, defects, bugs, trojans, worms or other harmful data not originating from us and not attributable to a fault in the Service or the Site;
13.2.5 results from your failure to observe a reasonable instruction notified to you concerning use of the Service;
13.2.6 results from delay or failure caused by a change made by a third-party supplier beyond our reasonable control, or by another event outside our control;
13.2.7 arises from the exercise by a competition organiser, governing body or broadcast partner of its rights concerning the broadcast or streaming of a fixture;
13.2.8 arises from content originating with third parties, or from any product or service advertised, promoted, offered or sold by third parties through the Service;
13.2.9 is not a foreseeable consequence of our breach, foreseeability meaning that the loss is obvious or was in the contemplation of both parties at the time of contracting. We remain liable for foreseeable loss directly caused by us; or
13.2.10 relates to a business, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity and business interruption. The Live Streaming Service is supplied for private and domestic purposes only.
13.3 We accept no liability for loss, damage or harm arising from your use of third-party applications, services, advertisements or websites, from the content obtained through them, or from any failure in their operation.
13.4 We do not endorse, and accept no liability for, content, advertising, products or services available from third-party applications, services or websites.
13.5 Dealings between you and a third-party advertiser or merchant encountered through the Service, including payment, delivery and any terms, warranties or representations attaching to them, are matters between you and that party. We accept no liability for loss or damage arising from them.
13.6 While we take reasonable care over the accuracy of information published on West Ham TV, we give no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness, including in relation to fixture dates, kick-off times and scheduling.
13.7 We do not limit or exclude our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of statutory rights which may not be excluded. You should take your own advice in relation to such rights.
14. Data protection
14.1 Personal data collected in connection with your use of the Live Streaming Service is processed in accordance with the Club's Privacy Policy, published at whufc.com, and applicable data protection law.
14.2 Where a third-party streaming or payment provider processes your personal data in connection with the Service, that processing is additionally governed by the provider's privacy policy, which will be made available to you.
14.3 We process device, connection and location data for the purpose of applying the territorial restrictions at condition 3 and identifying misuse under condition 11.
15. General
15.1 Notices from us are given electronically, whether through the Site, the Service, the Club's social media channels, or by email to the address registered to your West Ham United account. Please keep those details current: we accept no responsibility for a notice not received because the details held are incorrect or out of date. A notice is treated as delivered on the day it is sent, unless we receive notification of delivery failure.
15.2 Failure or delay by us in exercising or enforcing a right under these Terms does not waive that right, nor prevent its exercise or enforcement subsequently.
15.3 This contract is between you and us alone. No third party has any right to enforce it.
15.4 We may transfer our rights and obligations under this contract to another organisation, and will inform you if we do so. Your rights and obligations may be transferred only with our consent.
15.5 Where a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.
15.6 This contract is governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you reside.
16.Complaints and contact
16.1 Questions and complaints concerning the Live Streaming Service should be addressed to [email protected].
