Identity verification is opening for all supporters
Identity Verification will be available to all Season Ticket Holders from Monday 24 August 2026. If you have completed a verification check last season, you will not be required to do this again. The Fan Advisory Board have been consulted on this process and have agreed to it.
From Monday 24 August, you'll be able to complete your verification via the link included in this article. While supporters will have until the end of the season to complete the process, we strongly recommend doing so as soon as possible to ensure your account is fully up to date. Please note that if you wish to attend the Millwall home match, you will need your ID verification to be successfully completed two weeks in advance of that match as this will prevent away fans buying tickets in the home seats.

Why are we introducing identity verification?
Identity Verification helps us create a safer and more secure experience for everyone attending matches.
By verifying supporter identities, we can:
Better safeguard supporters on matchdays
Accurately know who is attending the stadium at any given time
Help protect supporter accounts and ticket access
Prevent away fans buying home seats
Meet football governance and competition requirements
Why are we opening verification for everyone now?
To provide the best possible experience, we're opening verification access to all remaining Season Ticket Holders from Monday and allowing completion at any point until the end of the 2026/27 season.
This approach gives our support team the opportunity to effectively manage periods of increased demand and respond to supporter questions and assistance requests as quickly as possible throughout the season.
Accessible Season Ticket Holders who have already completed their verification last season will not need to do so again – and any Personal Assistants of Accessible Season Ticket Holders are not required to complete verification at this stage.

The verification process is quick and straightforward. Before you begin, please have:
Your client reference number {Client Reference Number}
A valid form of identification ready (link to a list of valid forms of ID)
Access to a mobile device with a camera
A few minutes to complete the verification steps
