The Foundation’s Male Player Pathway Model consists of a three-tier system, designed to complement young people's grassroots development, which provides young footballers with a specialised environment where they can develop as a player, both on and off the pitch.
The Player Pathway engages players of all levels and abilities. Technical Development Centre and Development Squad Centre tiers train once a week with exhibition matches during the school holidays.
The performance squads train twice a week and compete in the Junior Premier League on Saturdays. The higher tiers of the Pathway aim to offer an environment which bridges the gap between grassroots and academy football.
