Walking football provides meaningful physical and emotional benefits for people living with Parkinson’s . It enhances mobility, reduces stiffness, and supports heart health, while also boosting mood, confidence, and cognitive engagement. The inclusive sessions foster social connection and a sense of purpose, helping participants feel empowered and supported.
