Offering coaches and players pathways and opportunities into the West Ham United Academy
When it is running and where
Seven days a week across delivery. Players are monitored via training sessions, training days and matches. In addition, termly CPD events are held for Foundation staff to attend.
Who is it targeting
Male and female football players age 6 upwards and WHUF staff.
Why it will benefit them
Players are supported into a higher standard training environment and develop individual skills. Coaches are supported in delivering strengthened understanding across WHU Academy coaching philosophy.
This best practice can be returned to training and coaching delivery. Also supporting player talent identification.
