D.C. Hammers is an Official West Ham United Supporters' Club, founded in 2013 to bring Hammers fans in Washington, D.C. together.
The D.C. Hammers were founded in 2013 by a Hammer who was tired of watching matches surrounded by Gooners, Blues and Red Devils. After realising there was no organised West Ham United supporters’ group in Washington, D.C., they decided to create one.
Much like supporting West Ham over the years, it has been a rollercoaster. We take the good, the bad and everything in between, doing all we can to support the team.
The D.C. Hammers are a West Ham United supporters’ club based in Washington, D.C. There is no formal membership and there are no fees or dues. This group is what you make of it. If you bleed Claret and Blue, or your heart is in East London, you are a D.C. Hammer.
