- Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
- Winners will be contacted by an employee of West Ham United or BOYLE Sports on Tuesday 22 September via email.
- Winners will have 24 hours to respond and confirm their place before the spot is offered to a new person.
- Football jerseys / any football apparel / football colours are strictly prohibited at the venue.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is BOYLE Sports, of 172 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, England, B90 3BQ (“BOYLE Sports” or “the Promoter”).
1.2 The giveaway will be administered through West Ham United and Boyle Sports official channels.
1.3 By entering, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility and Entry
2.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of BOYLE Sports and West Ham United and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, civil partner, parent, child or sibling.
2.3 No purchase is necessary. Internet access required.
2.4 To enter, participants must:
Sign up to using the official competition form, providing all relevant personal details needed to contact the person.
2.5 Only one entry is permitted per person, any other entries will be discounted.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The giveaway opens on Thursday 17 September when the official competition email and social post go live.
3.2 Entries close at 12:00 BST on 21 September 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3.4 BOYLE Sports & West Ham United reserve the right to close applications at any time.
4. Prizes
There will be a minimum of 13 winners who will all receive:
Wednesday 30 September 2026 at the Mattioli Arena, Leicester.
Return bus transfer from/to Westfields Stratford.
BOYLE Sports World Grand Prix merchandise supplied by BOYLE Sports.

4.1 All prizes are non-transferable, may not be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.
4.2 Pick up / Drop off locations are designated and cannot be changed.
4.3 It is the attendees' responsibility to be at the pick-up locations on time. BOYLE Sports accepts no responsibility for anyone that arrives late on either departure.
4.4 BOYLE Sports has the right to change or cancel any of the listed prizes at any time.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 A minimum of 23 winners will be drawn separately using a verifiably random computer process or under appropriate independent supervision.
7.2 Once an entrant has been selected and verified as a winner, they will be removed from the remaining prize draw.
7.3 Provisional winners will be contacted only by official West Ham United or BOYLE Sports email address ending in ([email protected] or [email protected])
7.4 Winners must respond within 24hrs and provide any information reasonably required to confirm their identity, age, UK residency and eligibility.
7.5 If a winner does not respond within 24hrs, cannot be contacted, is ineligible or declines the prize, BOYLE Sports may select a replacement winner at random.
7.6 Winning names may be published. Winners may request that the amount of information published be reduced. However, BOYLE Sports may provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that the prizes were validly awarded.
7.8 Entrants are responsible for checking their emails. BOYLE Sports or West Ham United will never contact winners or request payment through unofficial accounts.
8. Personal Information
8.1 Personal information will be used only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners and arrange the prizes.
8.2 Winner information may be shared with West Ham United and relevant ticketing, booking or delivery providers where necessary to fulfil the prize.
8.3 Entering the giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications from BOYLE Sports.
8.4 Personal information will be handled in accordance with BOYLE Sport’s Privacy Policy.
9. Social Media Disclaimer
9.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
9.2 Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to BOYLE Sports and not to Facebook.
10. General Conditions
10.1 BOYLE Sports intends to award all prizes as described. If a prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside BOYLE Sport’s reasonable control, it may be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
10.2 BOYLE Sports may disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false information or attempts to interfere with the entry or selection process.
10.3 BOYLE Sports is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical or network problems outside its reasonable control.
10.4 BOYLE Sports may suspend, cancel or amend the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated fairly and will not unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable.

11. Third-Party Experience Disclaimer
11.1 West Ham United Football Club is not responsible or liable for the organisation, operation, delivery or conduct of the experience, or for any loss, damage, injury, delay or other issue arising in connection with the experience, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
11.2 BOYLE Sports and or West Ham United accepts no responsibility or liability for missed bus transport. Winners and guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up point on time. No alternative travel arrangements or compensation will be provided where the bus is missed due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
