Vicarious Liability: You are fully responsible for the actions of anyone using your ticket. If your guest is ejected for foul language, standing, or pitch encroachment, the sanction may be applied directly to your Bond account.
Banning Orders: If a recipient commits a serious breach (e.g. using pyrotechnics or committing a hate crime), your booking rights can be permanently revoked, regardless of whether you were at London Stadium or at an away venue that day.
Potential Penalties and Sanctions: If the person using the transferred ticket breaches stadium regulations or ticketing terms and conditions, uses pyrotechnics, or brings the Club into disrepute, the Bondholder also faces the penalty. This includes the Club's right to immediately suspend the account holder’s ticketing privileges, memberships, or season seat options.
