Fans travelling westbound are asked to walk along Barking Road to the Town Hall before turning left into High Street North and continuing to East Ham station.
A third alternative is to walk to Forest Gate mainline station. To do so, supporters should follow Green Street before turning left into Romford Road and right into Woodgrange Road.
