West Ham United are pleased to be able to announce season ticket prices for the forthcoming 2009/10 season have been reduced.
The decrease in prices for 2009/10 season reflects the recent VAT cut, as well as a further reduction of up to six per cent added by the club. This means adult supporters can save up to £75 on their Season Tickets for next season. In addition to this Under 16's will continue to receive generous discounts, with under 10's able to purchase a Season Ticket for just £100.
Season ticket sales will once more be capped at 26,000. The current seasons' total is 24,200 which is the second highest total, closely behind that of the 2007/08 season which was stopped after reaching the 26,000 maximum. With the reduced prices we are hopeful of adding to the current season's total and once again reaching 26,000 for the 2009/10 season.
Purchasing a Season Ticket offers excellent value, representing a saving of 20 per cent of the cost of 19 league match tickets as against 15 per in the 2008/09 season. The saving equates to the cost of four to five non-category A match tickets. Not only this but Season Ticket holders will be further rewarded with promotions and deals throughout the season, including special offers for non-category A televised Barclays Premier League matches and wherever possible, discounted ticket prices for cup games at the Boleyn Ground.
The club can also confirm that season ticket prices for the 2010/11 season will be frozen, subject to VAT staying at the same level. As an additional incentive to reward long-term loyalty, any season ticket holder who renews for the fifth consecutive season (including this renewal season) will receive a 20 per cent discount on the cost of their Season Ticket for the season 2012/13. At current season ticket prices this would save an adult a minimum of £100.

A continued service available to season ticket holders for 2009/10 is the 'Ticket Trade In' facility. This means that once a fixture is declared as sold out by the ticket office, any season ticket holders unable to attend that particular fixture will, via the internet, be able to offer his/her seat available for purchase and once sold the season ticket holders card would be blocked for that fixture and they would receive a credit against their account which can then be used against additional match tickets or future season ticket renewals.
