For decades, West Ham United have been synonymous with the discovery and development of the best young footballers in the country.
On their graduation from the Academy of Football at the age of 18, young professionals and third-year scholars move into the Development Squad.
Overseen by Academy Manager and Head of Coaching and Player Development Terry Westley and coached by Steve Potts, West Ham's Development Squad compete in the Barclays U21 Premier League Division 1 during the 2014/15 season.
