Exciting, high-profile Sales roles with West Ham United, one of the world's legendary football clubs.

As a New Stadium Sales Executive in the exciting lead-up to the opening of our new home, you'll join our growing team of experienced sales professionals to provide a world-class sales experience for supporters. Working to monthly KPIs for sales delivery and revenue, you'll help to transition existing season ticket holders at the Boleyn Ground to season ticket holders at the New Stadium, whilst working with other members of the fan base to help them become season ticket holders at the New Stadium.

Additional responsibilities include:
- the sourcing and development of new leads not currently associated with West Ham into season ticket holders at the New Stadium
- planning and prioritising sales activities and customer/prospect contact
- following up sales enquiries.

You must have a proven sales track record, underpinned by an excellent, professional telephone manner and the ability to establish comfortable rapport quickly with senior business leaders and high net worth individuals. Your confident, energetic demeanour and proactive, determined approach match your ability to learn quickly and manage your time effectively and productively. Immaculate personal presentation combines with first-class all-round communication skills to motivate and inspire others.

You'll also need to be flexible as some early morning, evening and weekend work may be required.

Retail Department - Temporary Christmas positions

Temporary Full Time 8am-10pm split shifts
Position Type: Online Store/WHU Retail Stores
Salary: Minimum wage applies

Due to the continued success of the online store we now have vacancies for 15 temporary Christmas positions, for a motivated team to join West Ham United Football Club's Retail department. The roles are full-time temporary positions, working at the Boleyn Ground or at our Lakeside/Romford stores.

- We need a customer focused team member to pick, pack & process orders accurately. You must be literate and able to deal with enquiries and take orders over the phone.
- Good communication skills are required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours at peak times.
- The ideal candidates will have previous experience in packing orders in a warehouse/Mail order environment.
- Eight hours per day between 8am to 10pm over five days Monday to Sunday.
- Contract will run from 1 October 2014 to 31 December 2014 only.
