As part of the Board strategy to connect with and reward all West Ham United supporters across the globe for their continued support and loyalty the club is delighted to announce the launch of its Official Supporters' Club membership scheme.

Whether you are based in England, mainland Europe or further afield, your club can join the Hammers' new Official Supporters' Club membership scheme.

AVAILABLE UNTIL 31 MAY 2013 -

Bronze Membership - FREE
A minimum of 30 fully paid adult Academy members or Season Ticket holders associated to the supporters' club

Silver Membership - £300 per season for up to 100 people
A minimum of 60 fully paid adult Academy members or Season Ticket holders associated to the supporters' club
(Plus £300 per season for each additional 100 people)

Gold Membership - £500
A minimum of 60 fully paid adult Academy members or Season Ticket holders associated to the supporters' club
(Plus £400 per season for each additional 100 people

Gold Membership
• All benefits as per Bronze and Silver membership
• A gift bag to include offical signed merchandise and a product for individual members
• Three months free West Ham TV (rolls on to a monthly subscription)
• Free stadium tour when coming as a group of more than 20

Terms and Conditions

Please note the following:

1. There are no booking fees for any members under this scheme.
2. Telephone rate charges apply.
3. The 10% retail discount is valid only for orders placed by the club secretary.
4. Stadium Tours are dependent upon availability and a minimum of 21 days' notice is required.
5. Club secretaries of the bronze membership must not charge an additional fee to their members.
6. Club secretaries of the silver and gold membership can only charge their members a maximum of £10 each to join, sterling or equivalent currency.
7. This membership is available to all supporter clubs outside of the UK mainland, Europe and the rest of the world.
8. Each official supporter club must nominate a club secretary who will be responsible for all correspondence with West Ham United Football Club, and must inform the club immediately of who this will be and if it changes.
9. The nominated club secretary must make sure that their official supporter club does not bring West Ham United Football Club into disrepute.
10. Official supporter clubs cannot be used to express any political, social, religious or racial views, (please note this list is not exhausted).
11. Each club must respect West Ham United Official licenses and trademarks. The West Ham crest "marks" and many others are the registered trademarks of West Ham United Football Club. This means none of our trademarks can be replicated on any literature or product without the club's consent. As a consequence you should understand that this restriction of use applies to all supporters clubs without exception. Any products that use any of our intellectual property without our permission must not be worn or displayed at the Boleyn Ground. Please note this restriction applies to any printed matter or e-commerce as well as product. We have to, and do take the protection of our trademarks very seriously and any infringements will not only result in the cancellation, with no refund of your membership, but could result in the appropriate legal action, taken either by ourselves, our partners, or the Football/Premier League.
12. Any Official Supporters' Club found to have breached the rules will immediately have their Official Supporters Club status removed and all associated privileges will be stopped.
13. The benefits which Official Supporters' Club receives may change over time and are subject to availability.
14. If the terms and conditions are not adhered to, West Ham United reserves the right to cancel the Official Supporters' Club membership without refund.
