XL Holidays have teamed up with West Ham United to offer fans the chance to win two return flights to the Caribbean island of St Kitts.

The free prize draw, which is also being promoted through purchases of the new Umbro away kit for the 2008/09 season, is open to all - subject to the terms and conditions available to read at the bottom of the page. All entries received in this format will be entered into the prize draw. COMPETITION AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 and over, except for employees of XL Airways or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion of their families.

2. This is a free prize draw and no purchase is necessary to enter. The closing date is 3pm on Sunday 24 May 2009.

3. The prize winner will win 2 return flights, with XL Airways to the Caribbean Island of St Kitts for a 7 night duration. Travel must be completed by 31st April 2010 and must not incorporate any school or public holidays. All tickets must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure, by 31st October 2009 and are subject to availability of flights. If the prize winner's preferred dates of travel are not available, XL Airways will use reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative.

4. Transfers to and from the flight airports are not included. The prize winners will be responsible in paying for, and providing for, their airport transfers, their accommodation, visa, passport, tax, charges, fees, surcharges and insurance requirements (the amounts of which are subject to change).

5. The prize winner must be one of the passengers flying. All travellers must fly on the same outward and return flights. The prize winners may be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.

6. Prize winners are required to accept their prize by email or letter within 7 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, XL Airways reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly-drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).

7. A full list of prize winners will be made available from XL Airways upon request by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the registered office (appearing below). The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.

8. XL Airways is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to this promotion; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or transactions which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. XL Airways reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion if fraud or technical failure to compromise the integrity of the promotion as determined by XL Airways in its sole discretion. This promotion is being conducted exclusively by XL Airways, and none of its affiliates, officers, directors, agents or employees will have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with their participation in this promotion or any prizes awarded.

9. The prize winners shall abide by and be subject to XL Airways' booking terms and conditions, and privacy policy, which are accessible from the www.excelairways.com website. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and XL Airways' booking terms and conditions and privacy policy, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
