West Ham United is YOUR club and we need your input.

We know that we don't always get it right and for this we are sorry. If you have a complaint regarding your matchday experience or if you would like to contact the club with general feedback please fill in the form below or email us at customerservices@westhamunited.co.uk.

We always aim to respond in a fast and efficient manner however some queries do need some consideration. It is important to us that we ensure they are effectively dealt with internally and we would hope to provide a genuine and informed response in these cases.

As a result we commit to responding within 28 days although you will often find that our response arrives ahead of this date. It may be that your query is more urgent and could be responded to by one of the following departments listed below. Please also supply all of your details as requested to enable us to respond. We would be grateful if you could include a telephone number should we need to call you to get more information.

You will appreciate that we get a high volume of enquiries relating to gifts and donations from the club and also from talented individuals seeking trials. We do have a procedure in place that we would ask that you follow:

Donations

West Ham United's two chosen club charities are the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK and the Richard House Children's Hospice. If you are requesting memorabilia for good causes or charitable donations we would ask that you send details of your request in writing to the following address:

No requests will be considered if received by email or fax. West Ham United receive many legitimate requests every day for signed merchandise to help raise funds for charity events. To ensure we are helping only genuine causes, the club will only consider requests received on headed charity writing paper or, in the case of individuals, with a covering letter from your chosen charity. Please note no financial contributions will be considered. All letters should be addressed to Donations and the policy of the club is to help local organisations first.

Unfortunately the club cannot be held responsible for items which are sent to us. The club would ask for six weeks notice on account of the volume of requests.

Trials

If you wish to enquire about the possibility of player trials at West Ham United, please note we do not hold trials for players unless they have been recommended to us by one of our scouting representatives.
