West Ham United 50/50 MatchDay Lotto in Aid of the Academy

These official rules ("the Rules") apply to the West Ham United 50/50 Matchday Lotto in Aid of the Academy conducted by West Ham United Football Club ("WHUFC "). By entering the West Ham United 50/50 Matchday lotto in Aid of the Academy, you agree to be bound by these Rules.


a)Subject to 1 b) below, the WHU 50/50 matchday lotto in Aid of the Academy is open to any member of the public over the age of 16 years of age.

b)The Lotto Draw is not open to employees of WHUFC or members of their immediate family.

c)All Claims to be accompanied by the winning ticket at half time during each home WHU match or claimed within one month by calling the WHU corporate team on 0871 2212700

d)All tickets should be retained until winners are confirmed with an official announcement

  1. How to Enter:

a)16 and overs terms and conditions apply

b)Tickets can be purchased up until 5 minutes before kick-off.

c)The winner numbers only apply to the West Ham United match played on the draw date.

  1. Limitation of Entries:

a)Not to be sold to persons under 16 years of age.

  1. The Prize:

a)The 1st prize lotto draw will consist of the prize fund less the fixed 2nd and 3rd prizes

b)The 2nd Prize lotto draw will consist of 6% of the prize fund plus a signed shirt by members of the first team squad

c)the 3rd Prize Lotto Draw will consist of 4% of the prize fund plus a signed ball by members of the first team squad

d)The Prize fund will be split 50/50 between the winners and the Academy, after all costs. .

e)All decisions made by WHUFC are final and binding.

  1. Notification:

a)The winners will be notified at half time for the relevant game with the winning ticket displayed online and in the following match day programme.The Prize in the form of a cheque will be sent by courier to the competition winners within 14 days of the completed claim.

b)Claim by all winners must be made within 30 days of the draw date.No claim will be accepted after this time period.

c)By entering the competition and accepting these terms and conditions, the Prize winners agree to having their name published by WHU in connection to the competition.


a)WHUFC accepts no liability for late or incomplete entries, or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Lotto Draw in any manner.

b)WHUFC offer no refund under any circumstance whatsoever

c)It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to make available the actual ticket purchased when making a prize claim.Photocopying will not be accepted.

7Jurisdiction: The WHU 50/50 match day lotto in aid of the Academy is a Small Society Lottery (08/00126/GASLOT)registered with Newham Council complying with the Gambling Act 2005
