Team News: In-form Lanzini & Arnautovic lead the line

Arnautovic and Lanzini

West Ham United return to Premier League action against AFC Bournemouth this afternoon and David Moyes has named an unchanged XI for the contest at London Stadium.

The Irons ran out 4-1 winners away to Huddersfield Town last weekend in the top flight and Moyes has kept faith with the same eleven players that started that contest at the John Smith’s Stadium.

That means fans will see the pairing of Manuel Lanzini and Marko Arnautovic up front again, after the duo put on an outstanding showing against Huddersfield.

Adrian continues in goal for the Hammers, marking the tenth league showing for the Spaniard this campaign between the sticks.

The back-five once again sees Pablo Zabaleta at right back, meaning the Argentinian has still missed just one league match this season for West Ham.

Welshman James Collins, who scored the opening goal in the away fixture on Boxing Day, Angelo Ogbonna and Aaron Cresswell form the trio of central defenders.

Arthur Masuaku also features, again at left wing-back, with the 24-year-old looking to add to his two Premier League assists so far this campaign.

Pedro Obiang and Cheikhou Kouyate are also included in the team and will form a three-man midfield alongside captain Mark Noble, who is on the hunt for his 50th Premier League goal after scoring his 49th last weekend.

The front line is led by the pairing of Lanzini and Arnautovic. The duo have been in blistering form, with the Argentinian and the Austrian getting three of the side’s four goals last Saturday.

Lanzini has six assists in his last seven league appearances for the Irons, with three of them being for Arnautovic, while the No7 has scored six goals and got three assists in the same timeframe.

On the bench Moyes is once again able to call on Chicharito, who is back after illness, and Toni Martinez is also given a spot in the Premier League squad.
