Remembering Ron Greenwood: West Ham's great football visionary

West Ham United's great football visionary, Ron Greenwood, sadly passed away twelve years ago today.

The legendary manager spent 13 years in the Hammers dugout, from 1961 to 1974, winning the Club's first major honours with the 1964 FA Cup and 1965 European Cup Winners' Cup.

A brilliant tactician, he nurtured and developed talent including the Hammers' World Cup winners Sir Geoff Hurst, Bobby Moore and Martin Peters.

You will always be remembered, Ron.
