West Ham stars celebrate international successes on social media

West Ham United players have spent the past week pulling on the jerseys of their respective nations in a mixture of 2018 FIFA World Cup and UEFA European U21 Championship qualifiers.

The likes of Chicharito, Joe Hart, Aaron Cresswell, Jose Fonte and Declan Rice have been in action, with plenty of victories and landmarks to celebrate.

Sticking with England, Aaron Cresswell made his competitive Three Lions debut in Sunday's qualifying win in Lithuania...

Back to the international football and Jose Fonte's Portugal set up a 'winner-takes-all' clash with Switzerland by beating Andorra at the weekend, and the West Ham defender was grateful to the fans who made the long journey into the Pyrenees...
