According to this morning's Sun, an incoming striker at Arsenal could have a knock-on effect for somebody rumoured to be interesting the Hammers.
The Gunners are said to be closing in on a £50m deal for Lyon frontman Alexandre Lacazette, which would make an exit for Olivier Giroud more likely.
The Sun reckon West Ham are in pole position to land the Frenchman should that happen, as he is reported to favour staying in London.
