Why are there designated routes when leaving the Stadium?
West Ham United and London Stadium provide designated routes to Stratford Station to support the safe journey of all fans who attend a match at London Stadium.
The Olympic Park is a vast and open public area and with a current Stadium capacity of 57,000 these routes are necessary to ensure fans reach public transport hubs as quickly as possible.
Why are there stop and go signs in operation?
To ease congestion into Stratford station, stop and go signs are in operation on all routes from the Stadium, with stewards at hand to offer advice and to direct supporters to their desired destination.
