If you do have any ticketing enquiries on matchday, please head to this Ticket Office.
Closes: After kick-off and when there is no queue.
Re-opens: After the match, until there is no queue (weekend matches only).
Please note that in the last hour leading up to kick off, the Ticket Office can only assist with enquiries relating to the day's match.
If you wished to upgrade your ticket, we would recommend you do this in advance to matchday, as our Ticket Offices can get very busy. You can do this by calling 0333 030 1966 (Option 3). For more on upgrading tickets, please click here.
North Stand Ticket Office
Opens: Two hours before kick-off.
Closes: When there is no longer a queue and all supporters have been assisted.
