Accessible Shuttle Bus Service

 

The Club provides a total of 18 complimentary Shuttle Buses on every home matchday to assist disabled supporters and fans with accessibility requirements travelling to and from the stadium. 

 

Where are the pick-up and drop-off points?

Pre-match 

Supporters can request one of the following routes and will be issued a permit for their journey. The routes to select from are:

All routes are subject to availability. We will always endeavour to provide your first choice selected, however, if this cannot be fulfilled due to demand, an alternative will always be offered. 

 

Stratford Station

Shuttle buses can be collect from the car park beside platform 13 at Stratford Station, which is located on the far right of the Jubilee Line platforms on the lower level concourse. 

 

Stratford International 

Shuttle buses can be collected from the 108 bus stop on International Way opposite the entrance to the station. 

 

Away Coach Park (Visiting Supporters)

Shuttle buses can be collected from the away supporters' coach park on Pudding Mill Lane. 

 

Post-match 

For home Supporters, following the final whistle, as soon as it is safe to do so, the buses will continue to take Supporters back to Stratford Station and Stratford International Station from the pick-up point at Car Park 2, alongside the Stadium Store and West Ham Café. There will be SLOs and DLAs on hand to assist with any Supporters boarding or alighting the shuttle buses. 

For away Supporters, following the final whistle, as soon as it is safe to do so, the buses will continue to take Supporters back to the away supporters' coach park from the pick-up point at Car Park 1A. 

 

How do I get a permit for the Accessible Shuttle Bus Service?

Supporters can request a permit by email to accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk. If you are a home Supporter, please include your membership number and your access requirements and a member of the team will make the arrangements for you. 

If you are an away supporter, please contact your Club's Supporter Liaison Officer or email accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk for further guidance.

Who is the Accessible Shuttle Bus Service available to?

The Accessible Shuttle Bus Service is available by request to any disabled supporters, senior citizens, fans with mobility difficulties or temporary injuries and pregnant mothers. However, such is the demand for the service that we can only provide a permit to the Supporter who requests assistance, and their personal assistant, if required. 

 

Is there a timetable?

Staffed by the West Ham United Foundation, the Accessible Shuttle Bus Service will run from two hours prior to kick-off at regular intervals, to coincide with the turnstiles opening. 

Following the final whistle, the Shuttle Service will leave the Stadium as soon as road closures can be lifted in the surrounding areas. During this time, Supporters are welcome to wait in the West Ham Café, where tea, coffee and snacks are available to purchase.
