London Stadium Accessible Facilities

This map details all of the accessible facilities available to supporters at London Stadium. Should you require any further guidance or advice on your visit, our Accessibility team would be more than happy to help. Please contact them on

Accessible toilets

Most of our accessible toilets are locked at all times and can be opened using a radar key, all of which have now been distributed to supporters where required.

All of our DSAs (Disabled Supporter Assistants) have a radar key if required.

Accessible toilets are unisex and they are available on all levels, near the wheelchair bays.

These toilets are larger than a standard wheelchair accessible toilet and include a height-adjustable changing bench, a hoist and room for up to two personal assistants.

Adult changing rooms

There are three adult changing rooms located at Block 124, 149 and Level 1 in the hospitality area.

Accessible concourses

All concourses and catering outlets are accessible and are located in relatively close proximity to the WAV viewing positions; the outlets have been specifically designed to accommodate wheelchair-users.
25% of ticket counters are at an accessible height for wheelchair-users and include induction loops to support hearing aid uses, exceeding the requirements for accessible ticket counters set out in Level Playing Field’s guidelines.

The stadium has several dedicated disabled access doors which should prevent unnecessary wait.

There are dedicated DSAs at each turnstile, recognisable by their pink tabards, who will be happy to help if you require any assistance.

Talk to a member of staff at the Stadium entrance if you have a disability that means you cannot queue, and they will arrange a priority entry for you as soon as the Stadium opens.
