When will my Hospitality tickets arrive?
Your tickets, itinerary of your lounge and map of how to find us should be with you no later than one week before the matchday itself. If you are travelling from overseas, we will leave your tickets for collection at the Club London VIP entrance as agreed with your hospitality agent.
My Hospitality tickets have not arrived, what should I do?
Please contact your original sales agent who will be able to advise on where your tickets may be and what we can do for you. Alternatively, please send your name and telephone number to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will get back to you ASAP.
What entrance should I arrive at?
You will have entry at Gate B, Club London VIP entrance on the west side of the stadium. This is well signposted around the stadium and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and you should have been sent a map with your tickets. If you require any further clarification about travel on your day, please contact your hospitality agent or send a request to email@example.com
What time do the Hospitality lounges open?
The lounges will open two-and-a-half hours before kick off, and at 5.30pm for midweek fixtures.
What are the provisions for accessibility supporters?
Yes, Club London has complete step free access into all lounges and we can provide specific seating upon request. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our hospitality agents will be able to get back to you and answer any questions you may have about your visit.
What is the dress code in the lounges?
The dress code for Club London is smart casual. We advise that no trainers, ripped jeans or football shirts are permitted in our lounges other than the Boleyn Bar, where home football shirts are permitted. Tracksuits and away colours are not allowed. Children under the age of 12 are permitted to wear home football shirts/kits.
Can I book parking at London Stadium?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any parking at the stadium. The nearest parking facilities are located at Westfield, Stratford.
What is your away supporter policy?
We welcome all supporters in our lounges, but do remind everyone to be aware of their surroundings. Away supporters are welcome within Club London lounges, however, correct and proper behaviour is expected from visiting fans who are the responsibility of the lead booker. Any inappropriate behaviour or foul language will result in you being asked to leave Club London by our stewarding team with immediate effect. The club reserves the right to remove any supporters who do not adhere to these rules.
