England international winger Matt Jarvis became West Ham United's club-record signing when he joined from Wolverhampton Wanderers in August 2012.
After being released by Millwall as a youngster, Jarvis quickly became a star with Gillingham as a teenager before joining Wolves in June 2007.
The wideman made his mark in the Premier League with a number of eye-catching displays, earning his first senior England cap in a 1-1 friendly international draw with Ghana at Wembley in March 2011.
2012/13
Joined West Ham United on a five-year contract on 16 August 2012...Made his West Ham United debut in a 3-0 Barclays Premier League defeat at Swansea City on 25 August 2012...Scored his first West Ham United goal with a header in the 2-1 Barclays Premier League victory at Queens Park Rangers on 1 October 2012...Notched his debut Boleyn Ground goal with a speculative effort from out wide against Wigan Athletic on 20 April 2013.
International career
Made his senior England debut in March 2011 in a 1-1 draw with Ghana at Wembley after being called up by then-manager Fabio Capello.
